Sanna King

Dr. Sanna King is an Instructor of Sociology at Mississippi State University. Her scholarly interests are in the areas of race/ethnicity, gender, colonialism, criminology, racialized punishment, and juvenile justice. Her research broadly focuses on the intersectionality of racialization and gender in youth punishment. Her current research examines youth punishment in Hawaiʻi, specifically focusing on the connection between schools and jails.   Download vitae
